Client Service Representative - Hickory Veterinary Primary Care

Ambler, PA | Full Time

Schedule: Monday 8 am - 5 pm, Tuesday 8 am - 7pm, Thursday 8 am - 7pm, Saturday 8 am - 1 pm

Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour

You’ll Thrive Here If You:

• Have professional experience working with animals - this is required. Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with people
• Are confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassion
• Can stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital
• Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to help
• Are dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Are comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalism
• Veterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
