  • Manage cross functional project execution by coordinating activities across sales, service, operations, technology, implementation, and external partners to ensure alignment, accountability, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee project governance, including risk identification, dependency management, escalation tracking, and executive status communications to ensure projects remain on schedule and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive operational readiness by validating eligibility, billing, file feed, and benefit administration requirements while ensuring accurate setup, testing, and transition to ongoing service teams.
  • Provide strategic consultation and relationship management for affinity and PEO partners, identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance client outcomes, and strengthen long term business relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in client service, account management, implementation consulting, project management, benefits administration, insurance, affinity, PEO, or related customer-facing environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects and implementations, including project planning, milestone management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across cross functional teams, driving accountability, resolving issues, and managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook to support project management, reporting, and decision making.
  • AI fluency required, including the ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity, analyze information, create communications and presentations, summarize data, identify insights, and enhance business outcomes while adhering to company guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional Employer Organization (PEO) experience, including implementation, client service, account management, or partner relationship management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated experience leading complex, cross functional projects and implementations.
