LTS Program Assistant Pathways Resource Room
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required with associates degree or higher preferred
- Experience working with young children
- Experience assisting in program implementation
- Ability to work with professional staff
- Outstanding preparation and/or experience may be substituted for some of the above qualifications
General Responsibilities:
- Support and assist students with autism/characteristics of autism who attend full inclusion
- Support with implementation of behavior plan
- Collect data
- Monitor students throughout the day across all settings
- Provide academic support as needed
- Potential toileting assistance with younger students
- Monitoring and supporting for attention, work completion and social navigation
- Potential assistance with communication devices
