Position: Business Operations Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90–$120/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Write operational problems from your experience, including process, constraints, and numbers. Grade model attempts against reference answers.
- Evaluate model-written operational analysis for feasibility and grounding. Assess if metrics track outcomes effectively.
- Identify where model recommendations are defensible in theory but impractical in practice due to headcount, systems, or approvals.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure operational analysis aligns with business realities and improves AI model outputs.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while enhancing AI model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Professional experience running or analyzing a business function.
- Clear written communication skills.
- Comfort with ambiguous tasks and willingness to flag unclear instructions.
