About The Opportunity The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a key role in delivering modern digital solutions that support business growth and operational excellence. This individual will serve as both a senior contributor and a trusted technical partner, working closely with product teams, stakeholders, and fellow developers in an Agile environment.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .NET and modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, estimate, and deliver features within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Build and integrate AI-enabled capabilities that improve user productivity and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in software architecture, coding standards, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and foster a culture of technical excellence.
• Assist with solution design, technical planning, and system integration efforts.
• Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical solutions.
• Contribute to application modernization and innovation initiatives.
• Support production systems and help resolve critical issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web application development.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams and iterative delivery models.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development, generative AI solutions, or intelligent automation technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across teams.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
