NOW HIRING - Industrial Roofing Trainer! MEMCO Pasadena is hiring an Industrial Roofing Trainer. Responsibilities include facilitating hands-on training, maintaining and entering training data, and ensuring employees follow proper roofing procedures and safety standards. Pay: $30hr+ depending on experience Location: will be traveling to Houston, Dallas, San Antonio Job Responsibilities: - Train and guide employees on industrial and commercial roofing systems - Provide hands-on instruction on roofing techniques, procedures, and best practices - Ensure employees follow OSHA safety standards and company policies - Monitor employee performance and provide guidance as needed - Enter and maintain training and job-related data - Promote a safe and productive work environment Requirements: - Minimum of 5+ years of industrial/commercial roofing experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Previous Foreman or Superintendent experience is a plus - Valid driver's license required - Clean background required - Bilingual candidates preferred - Reliable transportation - Must be willing to travel to different cities as needed Interested in applying?
