SERVER ASSISTANT

With genuine hospitality while providing the highest levels of service, a Server Assistant will deliver an exceptionally distinctive dining experience by ensuring the dining room, lobby and service area are clean, stocked and visually appealing. A Server Assistant will be a team player throughout the restaurant by assisting Servers in properly serving food and beverages while also clearing, cleaning and resetting tables for the next guests. You will be assisting our servers provide exceptional experiences by expediting foods to be brought our and prepared tableside, transitioning guests through 4 courses of fondue, cleaning and reseting tables, and ensuring we are preped and stocked for each and every shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manicure tables - Remove used tableware between courses; Aiding in transitioning between courses and cleaning tables so they can be reset.
• Expo prepared foods - setting up cheese and entree trays to be presented by our serving staff tableside for our guests.
• Strong attention to detail - must be able to plate foods in a visually appealing way.
• Enuring all service stations are stocked, cleaned and ready for service.
• Proper food handling knowledge - FIFO, labeling, and following prep and storage guidelines to ensure minimal waste and high quality product.
• Stocking and replenishing plates, glasses, filling bottles of water.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests and communicate guest requests to server as needed.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays
• Inspect restrooms and clean as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude.
• High standard for cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
• Eager and willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Pay is $12.15 + Tips. Expected daily wages average $18-$25 per hour
