Server – Deliver Exceptional Hospitality and Memorable Guest Experiences

Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic server with a minimum of 1 year serving experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing the perfect night out for our guests through providing exceptional experiences. You will be responsible for taking orders, and guiding our guests through 4 courses of fondue prepared table side by you and our guests. Your ability to engage with customers and provide outstanding service will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet guests warmly and acknowledge special occasions and celebrations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS systems and handheld devices.
• Have general bar knowledge in order to recommend and upsell call drinks, specialty cocktails, and wine.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while upholding the standards expected of a fine dining establishment.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining room. Clearing tables of all plates and unnecessary clutter before transitioning dining courses.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a server for at least 1 year.
• Exceptional personal presentation and grooming practices; must convey professionalism.
• Exceptional hospitality with a focus on creating memorable experiences for patrons.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
