- Lead requirements sessions and translate operational questions into clear metric definitions, functional designs and specifications.
- Map current workflows and data flows, document processes with diagrams, and recommend improvements through new or existing technology.
- Identify dependencies across projects and domains and act as the liaison between business partners and IT development teams.
Build applications, data pipelines, reporting and analytics
- Design, build and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards and reports that track operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, fill rate, order cycle time, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, quality defects and safety incidents.

- Own test planning and validation so solutions are accurate before they reach production.
- Document metric definitions, data lineage and report logic, and contribute to team standards for development and delivery.
- Communicate changes clearly and train users so new reports are adopted and trusted.
- Prioritize your own portfolio of planned and ad-hoc work, and mentor junior team members.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Required

- Working knowledge of core operations and supply chain metrics and how they are calculated.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and insights to audiences ranging from frontline leaders to executives.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and to work independently with minimal direction.
Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Factory pipelines, Real-Time Intelligence) or Azure data services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, ADLS, Databricks).
- Experience with data governance and catalog tools such as Microsoft Purview, Collibra or Alation.
