Responsibilities of Housekeeping Aide:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
- Clean and maintain hallways, offices, dining areas, and public spaces.
- Empty trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Restock housekeeping supplies as needed.
- Follow infection control, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills.
- Maintain a neat, sanitary, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the facility consistently meets cleanliness standards.
Qualifications for Housekeeping Aide:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
