Original job description

The Company

Medely is a high-growth series-C technology start-up reimagining the future of healthcare work by providing an on-demand marketplace and workforce management tools. With the support of top-tier investors, Medely has quickly become a go-to platform for healthcare professionals to instantly access high-paying jobs with the freedom and flexibility to work when and where they want.

As a fully remote team of sharp, collaborative, and entrepreneurial individuals, we are dedicated to redefining the way healthcare workers and facilities work together to provide for patients. We are looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team and help us take on tough challenges in this fast-expanding healthcare industry segment.

Join us in our mission to transform the healthcare staffing industry and improve patient lives!

THE ROLE

Medely helps healthcare facilities find the clinicians they need to provide consistent, high-quality patient care. As an Associate Customer Success Manager (Scale), you’ll help outpatient and post-acute facilities across the country get lasting value from our platform.

You’ll manage a high-volume portfolio and use customer insights, thoughtful outreach, and scalable programs to strengthen engagement and retention. You’ll help customers overcome common challenges, reconnect with the platform, and make the most of Medely’s tools. Along the way, you’ll help us spot emerging needs and improve how we support customers at scale.

This is an opportunity to build your Customer Success skills while making a meaningful contribution to a team using technology to address real healthcare staffing challenges.

THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

Help customers stay engaged: Monitor account activity and health signals, then reach out with relevant guidance when a customer needs support or could benefit from renewed engagement.
Make customer education easy to access: Help create and deliver useful communications, webinars, resources, and automated programs that show customers how to get more from Medely.
Support retention and growth: Recognize signs of risk or changing staffing needs, take action where you can, and connect customers with the right internal partners.
Bring customer needs back to the team: Identify recurring questions and platform challenges, and share clear feedback with Product and other teams.
Learn from the results: Track engagement, account health, and campaign performance to understand what’s working and help improve our approach.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

You’ll help customers remain active and engaged, contribute to retention and re-engagement, and make it easier for facilities to get value from Medely. You’ll also help the team recognize at-risk accounts, surface growth opportunities, and build more effective ways to support customers at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or another customer-facing or operations role.
A genuine interest in helping customers solve problems and get more value from a product or service.
Comfort reviewing data, spotting patterns, and using what you learn to prioritize your work.
Clear, thoughtful written and verbal communication skills - helping customers get more value from Medely.
Strong organization and follow-through across multiple accounts and priorities.
Curiosity about technology and the ability to learn tools such as Salesforce, Intercom, or similar customer and CRM platforms.
A collaborative approach and good judgment about when to resolve an issue yourself and when to bring in a partner.
The flexibility to balance consistent programs with customer needs that require individual attention.

Compensation: $84,000- $93,000 OTE (base + commission at plan).

Why Medely: Benefits & Perks

Competitive Compensation: Based on experience and performance
Long-term Incentives: 401k
Healthcare Benefits: Full suite of benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance
Flexibility: We believe that work/life balance is important, so we offer flexible and unlimited PTO
Paid parental leave
Purpose: Join a growing mission-oriented startup that is modernizing the healthcare industry nationally!
Ownership: Drive meaningful business impact on a team you’ll help build and define!
Remote: Work in a digital environment with all the tools to achieve your work as though you were in the office!

We're an equal opportunity employer to all. We interview and hire applicants of all backgrounds, orientations, expressions, and identities.

Work location is flexible if approved by Medely.

Medely does not accept unsolicited resumes from agencies. We consider any resume (CV) or biography received from an agency or outside recruiter without prior approval from a member of the Medely Human Resources or Recruiting team to be unsolicited and gratuitous, and such submissions will not be recognized by Medely for purposes of “ownership” of the candidate.

We are an E-Verify company.
