Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Support residents during meals and social activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment.
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN - SOB for FT Only
- Every other weekend required

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
