Activity Coordinator – Full-Time Meadow Wind Health Care Center | Massillon, Ohio
Meadow Wind Health Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Activity Coordinator to plan and lead programs that support residents’ social, emotional, and physical well-being. We are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified™.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead group activities and individual visits based on residents’ interests and abilities
- Assist with developing and maintaining the monthly activity calendar
- Encourage participation and adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Collaborate with nursing and other departments to support residents’ quality of life
- Maintain accurate activity records and documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in activities, recreation, or long-term care preferred
- Activity certification or license preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
