Title: Experienced Structural Engineer Location: Hybrid from Sacramento, CA or Lexington, SC Compensation: Starts at $110,000+, based on experience

As a result, we are seeking to add an Experienced Structural Engineer to our team in our Sacramento (CA) or Lexington (SC) office location.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and providing technical guidance to structural project teams.
• Managing and attending client meetings, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Overseeing construction phase services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Mentoring junior staff, fostering a culture of professional growth and learning.
• Contributing to business development efforts with innovative solutions.

The successful candidate must have all the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architectural engineering with a structural focus from an accredited college or university.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
• PE license in any state and have the ability to obtain in additional states as needed.

The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

• Expertise in various structural design types, including concrete and steel.
• Experience in design and analysis for structural systems for various types of projects.
• Proven track record as a project lead.
• Commitment to sustainable design and innovation.

Salary Range: $110,000 and above – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
