Event Support Associate

McKinney Media LLC is a creative company based in Bethlehem, PA, serving the Lehigh Valley and the mid-Atlantic region. We are looking for a part-time contract Event Support Associate to support live McKinney Media activations, including networking events, photo activations, vendor expos, and client experiences. Responsibilities include setup, guest interaction, and teardown.

ROLE DETAILS

• Part-time independent contract position; hours vary by event
• Pay: $15-20/hour
• In-person at events, based out of Bethlehem, PA

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Physically able to lift 30+ lbs and set up equipment
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Prior experience in events, hospitality, or customer-facing roles a plus
