Parks Lead The City of McCall is seeking a dedicated and skilled Parks Lead to join our Parks and Recreation team. This position performs and oversees a wide range of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects that keep McCall’s parks, public spaces, and recreation areas beautiful, safe, and ready for year-round use. If you enjoy working outdoors, leading seasonal staff, and taking pride in keeping our community spaces in top shape, this role offers a chance to make a lasting impact in one of Idaho’s most scenic communities. Ideal candidates have at least three years of grounds or park maintenance experience, and some knowledge of turf, irrigation, and equipment maintenance. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass background investigation are required; Idaho Certified Pesticide Applicator’s License and First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position is in the salary range of $22.43 to $27.11 per hour and will be dependent upon the qualifications and experience of the selected applicant.
