KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Facilitate student curriculum needs 2. Tutor to engage students in ongoing learning 3. Demonstrate de-escalation behaviors 4. Address challenging behaviors as they arise to maintain a positive learning environment 5. Manage multiple student needs 6. Assist with setting academic goals for students, including monitoring and provision of educational needs 7. Contact parents and assure all communications regarding students are documented 8. Work with volunteers and assist with any problems or questions
