Production Operators - First Shift

What You Will Do

• Incoming Prep & Unpacking: Removing packaging from incoming metal parts to prepare them for the line.
• Masking: Prepping and taping parts to protect specific areas before painting.
• Loading & Unloading: Placing parts onto the production line and safely removing them after coating.
• Final Packaging: Inspecting finished goods for quality and packaging them securely for shipment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shift: First Shift (Day shift)
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Days: Monday through Friday

What We Are Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good attention to detail.
• A team player mindset who is willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• No prior experience required! We will fully train the right candidates.
