Lead Systems Architect - Genesys CX, Oracle RightNow

Maximus is currently seeking a System Architect.

This position is onsite in Frankfort, KY.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define the architecture of computerized system in order to fulfill requirements.
• Interface with multiple stakeholders to understand the various levels of requirements, the domain, the viable technologies, and anticipated development process.
• Determine multiple design and implementation alternatives.
• Assess alternatives based on all identified constraints and recommend the most suitable options for further design.

Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main point of contact for technical staff and technical SME over the technical team.
• Main point of contact for all of the technical solution components within the project ecosystem.
• Chief Systems engineer for all program platforms including Genesys CX Cloud, Oracle RightNow, Nice WFM and other technology platforms.
• Oversee system maintenance and operations post implementation.
• Oversee release management along with the client staff.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelor's degree in related field.

• 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:

-Engineering and architecting of enterprise contact center operations and platforms.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience with Genesys CX Cloud or comparable contact center platforms.
• Experience with Oracle RightNow or comparable CRM platforms.
• Experience with Workforce Management Solutions.
• Experience with enterprise level state program technical management and oversight.
