Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Clinical Administrator to join our Maine ASA team in a 100% remote position. In this remote role, you will serve as a critical link in the long-term care referral process, helping ensure individuals receive timely access to the services and support they need. You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, managing a variety of referral types, conducting research within multiple systems, coordinating communications, and providing education and guidance to community members, providers, and facilities regarding long-term care services.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, the ability to confidently navigate multiple systems at once, and a passion for helping others. You'll collaborate with a supportive team while working independently in a fully remote environment and receive comprehensive training designed to help you build the knowledge and skills needed for long-term success. This role offers meaningful work that directly impacts the lives of individuals and families seeking access to essential long-term care services.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with once a month weekend coverage on a rotating basis after training is completed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
- Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
- Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
- Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
Minimum Requirements
'- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
'- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a fast-paced clinical office environment
- Prior experience handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote, and Excel
Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience researching and reviewing client accounts
- Familiarity with the State of Maine Long-Term Care Services Program
- Prior experience using the Genesys phone system
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
