WAREHOUSE TEAM MEMBER

Start your new career as a Warehouse Team Member with MAU at our client in Cartersville, GA. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will perform various warehouse duties, such as unloading inventory, storing, picking, staging, and loading products.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required

• Experience with food handling in a logistics or warehouse setting

• 1+ year of powered industrial vehicle (PIV) experience

• Experience with bulk/case selection using RF scanners and headsets

• Experience with food handling preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• High motivated with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team

• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, work in extreme cold (freezer), and bend, stoop, crawl, and twist

What You’ll Do as a Warehouse Team Member

• Operate powered industrial vehicles (PIVs) to select, stage, and stow cases of varying products

• Follow appearance guidelines outlined by the client

• Follow cGMP food safety regulations and maintain food safety standards throughout the warehouse

• Work collaboratively in a team-focused warehouse environment

• Promptly unload products into the warehouse and load them onto outbound trucks according to company policies and weight/loading restrictions

• Stage product properly and prepare for efficient loading procedures
• Ensure all equipment is safely operated (e.g., forklifts and pallet jacks)
• Maintain food safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Accurately and effectively operate technology such as scanners
• Enter data correctly
• Ensure the product is accepted and returned per company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
