Job Title: Senior Analyst, Analytics & Metrics (O'Fallon, MO)

Position Duties: Deliver complex analytics and automation initiatives that drive operational efficiency and strategic insights across TECH Finance and Mastercard. Identify, design and implement data and process automation solutions to support TECH Finance Operations and potentially the global organization. Build and support an infrastructure to enable effectively working with large sets of unstructured and structured data. Develop Power BI dashboards and reports that adhere to the visualization best practices and communicate a story. Extensive experience with the Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, including developing enterprise-grade applications. Integrate data from diverse sources using APIs and connectors, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility. Draft and present strategic documents and presentations to communicate insights, innovations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Contribute to strengthening a motivated, innovative and productive team that creates next generation analytics for TECH Finance and Mastercard. Generate and implement ideas to continuously improve analytics and reporting services delivery. Work closely with analytics community of practice and customers to identify short-term and long-term objective alignment.

Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in job offered or as a Finance Analyst, Data Analyst, Software Engineer, or related. Qualifying experience must include at least three (3) years with each of the following: MS Excel; MS Power Platform/Power BI tools; Alteryx; Financial Modeling; Spark/SQL/Python; ETL process enablers; Agile Project Management; Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and data integration using APIs; Experience with data architecture, governance, and automation frameworks. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
