Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Client: 6 y/o Male Location: East Elmhurst, NY 11369 Schedule: Availability required during weekday afternoons and weekends. Required: Female bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidate. Must have at least 1 year of experience working in the ABA field. About This Position Are you looking to grow your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with Autism? Master Faster Inc, a growing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to work with children on the Autism Spectrum in home and community-based settings. Professionals will work alongside a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst/Licensed Behavior Analysts (BCBA, LBA) to carry out the therapeutic treatment plan. As a BT, your work will contribute to the child's growing achievements in daily living, social, communication, learning skills and decrease in problematic behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children
• Experience working with children with special needs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Implementing tailored Treatment Plans to promote skill development amongst children with Autism
• Collect data on client progress using a web-based application
• Complete daily session notes and required documentation
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and professional environment during sessions
