You'll:
• Conduct clinical and risk assessments for prospective residential clients
• Review referrals, client histories, behavioral health needs, family dynamics, and safety concerns
• Develop initial treatment plans and help launch each client's treatment journey
• Provide adjunctive therapeutic services within your scope of practice
• Build strong relationships with referral sources, agencies, families, guardians, and community partners
• Maintain accurate clinical records, admissions documentation, and referral databases
• Help ensure compliance with licensing, documentation, and agency standards
What Makes You Great for This Role?
We're looking for someone who can balance clinical expertise with outstanding organization and communication skills.
You bring:
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current CSW credential or applicable professional license/certification
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with children and families
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to drive under Maryhurst policy
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Why You'll Love It Here

You'll join a collaborative team of professionals who value compassion, clinical excellence, teamwork, and making a difference in the lives of children and families.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you're passionate about helping children, skilled at assessment and clinical decision-making, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
