4th Grade Long-Term Substitute

Marshall Public Schools is seeking a 4th grade long-term substitute teacher to serve in the Marshall Elementary School. The successful candidate will be an energetic, dynamic professional who is passionate about student learning and working in a collaborative team environment which includes: para-educators, specialists & interventionists. The term of this position would be from approximately January 4 through March 12, 2027. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following duties are typical for this position, though should not to be construed as all-inclusive or exclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned. • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully and positively with staff, students and families. • The candidate must demonstrate the ability to implement common core standards within content and be able to differentiate the product, process, or content of lessons to meet the needs of all learners. • Successful candidate would have experience preparing lessons that engage, stimulate and instruct students. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Knowledge of the CLM Framework is desired. • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
