Housing Program Assistant

The Housing Program Assistant provides administrative, intake, census management, and program support to ensure the Housing Program operates each day at Mariners Inn effectively. This position assists with processing referrals and resident intakes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date census records, coordinating admissions and discharges, maintaining resident documentation, and supporting communication among program staff and other departments. The Housing Program Assistant helps ensure that program records are complete, services are coordinated efficiently, and residents receive timely assistance throughout the admission and housing process. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders.
