Wendy’s is known for fresh, never-frozen beef, square burgers, and the Frosty. Every great Wendy’s has a General Manager behind it who sets the pace, builds the team, and makes sure each guest leaves with food worth coming back for. We’re looking for that leader in Pittsburgh.

If you enjoy hitting numbers, developing people, and turning a good restaurant into the best in the market, this role hands you the keys. The quarterly bonus pays you for the results you deliver.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the whole restaurant. Lead every part of the operation: sales, guest satisfaction, food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness.
  • Deliver results. Manage the P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory to hit your targets, then go past them.
  • Build a strong team. Recruit, hire, train, and develop crew members and shift leaders, and bring along your future managers.
  • Hold the line on standards. Keep Wendy’s brand, food safety, and operational standards in place on every shift.
  • Lead on the floor. Stay visible and hands-on, and coach in real time through the busiest rushes.
  • Earn guest loyalty. Fix concerns fast and build a restaurant the neighborhood relies on.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally as a GM or senior assistant manager in QSR or fast casual
  • A record of managing a P&L and improving sales, labor, and food cost
  • A people-first leadership style that develops talent and keeps turnover low
  • Strong organization and a steady head under pressure
  • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ServSafe certification, or the ability to earn it
