Engineering degree

• 5 years experience in the financial development, review, analysis, and award of energy savings performance contracts, utility energy savings contracts, and power purchase agreements.
• 5 years experience in the technical development, review, analysis, and award of energy savings performance contracts, utility energy savings contracts, and power purchase agreements.
