Warehouse Associate

We're Hiring Warehouse Associates Liverpool, NY

Pay Rate: $19.75 | Weekly Pay

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Some Saturday Mornings Available)

Hours: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking reliable, detail oriented Warehouse Associates to support daily shipping, receiving, and freight operations in a fast paced logistics environment. This role is ideal for candidates with strong attendance, time management skills, and the ability to work safely while handling warehouse materials and inventory.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute orders for processing
• Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents to determine items to be moved or shipped
• Assist with product assembly and inventory counts as needed
• Communicate with drivers and validate load information

Requirements

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Warehouse or dock experience preferred
• Experience loading and unloading trailers preferred
• Experience using handheld scanners preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties
• Ability to safely load and unload trucks
