Warehouse Associate

Our client, a production operation, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the production support team, helping keep daily operations moving smoothly. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - ready to learn hands-on tasks and contribute from day one.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Chesapeake, VA

Pay Range: $18.75/hour

Shift: 3:00 AM until work is complete (may transition to 12:00 AM start time)

What's the Job?

• Apply date codes to bakery products using a coding gun
• Decase bakery goods and prepare products for processing
• Stack and organize products for production line operations
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Perform general warehouse and production support duties while maintaining a safe, clean work area

What's Needed?

• Ability to repeatedly lift 20–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfort with physically demanding work in a production environment
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Willingness to work until daily production is complete
