Our client, a leading consumer healthcare and manufacturing company , is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Packaging and Production Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , mechanical aptitude , and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Hartford, CT

Pay Range: $26.95/hour (Shift Differential Included)

What’s the Job?

• Operate automated toothpaste packaging lines and production equipment.
• Perform quality inspections and accurately document results.
• Handle packaging materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, GMPs, and production procedures.

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
