Original job description

We are currently partnering with a multi-billion-dollar corporate leader located in Pleasant Prairie, WI experiencing massive North American expansion. They are looking for a sharp engineer to help scale, optimize, and standardize their complex facility infrastructure, including large-scale HVAC, plumbing, and backup power systems.

This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll serve as the internal subject matter expert, partnering with construction teams on massive building upgrades, reviewing high-level engineering assessments, and directly advising executive leadership on capital projects.

Why this role stands out:

  • Real Ownership: You will directly shape the engineering and operational standards for millions of square feet of real estate.
  • Capital Project Exposure: You’ll collaborate closely on construction budgets, equipment installations, and major expansions.
  • Corporate Stability & Growth: Join an industry giant known for zero layoffs, incredible financial stability, and promoting from within.

What they are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing HVAC, mechanical, or generator systems.
  • A willingness to travel to North American sites to support key projects.

If you are open to exploring a high-visibility career move with an organization that heavily invests in its infrastructure and its people, apply now and a recruiter will reach out to you.
