Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Overtime may be available on Saturdays and Sundays.

Pay Rate: $19 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our distribution team. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking and pulling finished goods to fulfill customer orders while operating a stand-up cherry picker forklift. The ideal candidate enjoys working in an active setting and is committed to maintaining high productivity and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pull finished goods accurately to fulfill customer orders and shipments
• Safely operate a stand-up cherry picker forklift
• Utilize warehouse equipment and follow established operating procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of recent forklift operating experience
• Experience operating a stand-up cherry picker preferred
• Strong attendance and reliability record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• RF scanner experience is a plus, but not required
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on concrete warehouse floors
• Required to wear steel-toed boots and protective eyewear
