Job Title: Cybersecurity Analyst/ServiceNow/GRC
Location: Onsite, 100 Abbott Park Road, Abbott Park, IL 60064
Pay Range: 50-56/hr. W2
What's the Job?
- Support Cybersecurity Vendor Risk Management (CVRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) by gathering requirements, coordinating UAT testing, and managing enhancement/defect gathering through the release cycle using the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor and troubleshoot incidents, defects, and testing activities by reviewing updates, identifying the correct path forward, and partnering with developers and GRC teams to prioritize upcoming work.
- Lead day-to-day collaboration with cross-functional teams (GRC, CVRM, BCM, infrastructure/IS, developers, and ServiceNow platform owners/process owners) to ensure ServiceNow changes meet business and risk needs.
- Present weekly status updates to leadership, including obstacles, progress on stories in flight, testing cycles, and upcoming enhancements.
- Set up and facilitate working sessions with CVRM and BCM teams to understand raised issues/incidents, interpret ServiceNow original stories, and work toward root-cause understanding.
What's Needed?
- ServiceNow Administrator and/or Developer capability with strong ServiceNow knowledge (prefer advanced) to guide teams on tool capabilities and support troubleshooting.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with the ability to support release-cycle planning and change management activities.
- Understanding of ServiceNow release cycle for change management, including following platform schedules for upcoming releases.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable solutions, including documenting functional requirements, developing use cases/user stories, and supporting UAT.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or cybersecurity (or equivalent) plus audit experience and ServiceNow experience.
