Box Truck Driver - Warehouse Assistant | Part-Time

$19.00 - $23.00 per Hour + Retirement Benefits | No CDL Required

Are you looking for a flexible driving position where you can stay active, support important community programs, and work with a mission-driven organization in Frederick, Maryland?

We're seeking two reliable Part-Time Box Truck Drivers who will also provide warehouse support for the operations of a Christian nonprofit’s Food Distribution Center and thrift store program. This role combines driving, warehouse support, and donation handling while helping ensure resources reach those who need them most.

What You'll Do

• Operate 16- and 26-foot box trucks
• Drive assigned local and regional pickup routes as needed
• Assist drivers with donation pickups and deliveries
• Load, unload, sort, and process food, clothing, and other donated items
• Operate pallet jacks, skid loaders, forklifts, and related equipment
• Complete route documentation and paperwork accurately
• Support warehouse and distribution operations
• Provide excellent service to vendors, volunteers, guests, and community partners

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class C driver's license with 3-year clean driving record
• DOT certification or ability to obtain it within one month of hire
• Ability to safely lift and move 50+ pounds on a regular basis
• Experience operating warehouse or material-handling equipment preferred
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to safety
• Positive attitude and willingness, flexibility to support multiple departments
• A committed follower of Jesus Christ who holds compassion for people facing hardship and life challenges

Schedule & Benefits

• Part-time position, 7am-12pm, M-F
• $19.00-$23.00 per hour
