Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for Warehouse Area Managers to lead a team of 15-20 associates and play a key role in delivering operational excellence across our distribution center.

In this role, you'll coach and develop your team, drive safety and productivity initiatives, and help implement exciting warehouse technology improvements. If you enjoy motivating people, solving challenges, and making a real impact every day, this could be the opportunity for you.

Available Shifts & Pay 2nd Shift: $32/hour 3rd Shift: $33/hour

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
• Create a positive, engaged work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and employee development.
• Oversee order fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Conduct team meetings, provide ongoing feedback, and recognize employee achievements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean operations efforts.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain the integrity of warehouse systems and processes.
• Support warehouse technology enhancements and software implementation projects.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Partner with leadership teams to meet operational goals and customer expectations. What We're Looking For
• Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced operation with changing priorities.
• Experience driving employee engagement, performance, and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, or similar distribution software is preferred.
• Continuous improvement or Lean experience is a plus.
