Our client, a cable manufacturing facility, is seeking a Reel Preparation Associate to join their team. As a Reel Preparation Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting reel preparation for manufacturing and shipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a steady commitment to safety, and the drive to deliver consistent, quality work - every shift - which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Reel Prep Location: Marston, MO Pay Range: $21.00 per hour Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) What's the Job?

• Install plastic liner flanges and drums onto metal reels to support proper reel assembly.
• Place and position pre-cut wooden lagging onto metal reels with precision and care.
• Apply banding around wooden lagging to secure reel assemblies for production readiness.
• Inspect completed reels to confirm proper assembly and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all company safety procedures and wearing required PPE. What's Needed?
• Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to work with hand tools and production equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in repetitive, hands-on work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfort working in a manufacturing environment and performing physical, repetitive tasks. What's in it for me?
