Production Associate / Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Springfield, TN Pay Range: Competitive Pay Rate (DOE) What’s the Job?

• Operate at production presses and assist machine operators.
• Remove parts from presses and separate scrap materials.
• Assemble, package, label, and stack finished products.
• Prepare totes, skids, bags, and boxes for packaging and shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures. What’s Needed?
• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:45 PM-3:15 AM.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Must have steel-toe or composite-toe boots for the first day.
• Strong attendance, teamwork, and commitment to workplace safety. What’s in it for me?
