Production Associate

Our client in Weidman MI, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting Industrial operations. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical inclination, strong attention to detail, and the drive to learn new skills quickly, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Associate Location: Weidman, MI Pay Range: $19.24

Shift:

1st: 6:30 am to 5 pm 3rd shift: 8 pm to 6:30 am must be able to work both shifts (could train on 1st and transition to 3rd) What's the Job?

• Perform production work across multiple skill areas, including welding, assembly, machine operation, buffing and grinding, and other shop tasks as assigned
• Read and interpret blueprints and follow work instructions to complete quality-focused production tasks
• Operate equipment safely and effectively, including hand tools and, when required, fork truck operation
• Support industrial production by performing refrigeration and electrical-related tasks when assigned and trained
• Use basic computer skills and tape measure reading to verify work accuracy and meet production requirements What's Needed?
• High school diploma or GED with proof REQUIRED
• Ability to work both 1st and 3rd shift
• Ability to work overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain strong attendance habits What's in it for me?
