Production Assembler

Our client, An HVAC supplier is seeking an Automated Equipment Operator in Fair Lawn, NJ to join their team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment or process issues within training limits, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Automated Equipment Operator (Fair Lawn, NJ) Location: Fair Lawn, NJ Pay Range: $23.70/hr Shift: 3rd Shift (11:45 PM - 8:30 AM) What's the Job?

• Operate, inspect, and monitor automated production equipment (such as the Helios) before and during production to support output and quality.
• Support daily production goals by maintaining required quality and safety standards while tracking machine performance and downtime.
• Perform quality checks on air filters and related production output, identifying defects or process concerns early. What's Needed?
• Experience operating manufacturing equipment or automated machinery.
• Ability to follow SOPs and production instructions.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify when issues must be escalated. What's in it for me?
