Production Assembler

Our client is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the Standard Production / Assembly department supporting the assembly line team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a quality-first mindset, and the drive to stay punctual, safe, and consistent throughout the shift. Job Title: Production Assembler Location: York, PA Pay Range: $19.15/hr Shift: 2nd shift (3:30pm–12am Mon-Fri) What's the Job?

• Assemble quality air filters according to the production plan, work instructions, SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards while maintaining line pace.
• Prepare the assembly table, chamber, machine, tools, safety guards, and work area before starting production.
• Monitor filter and component quality; reject or report poor materials and do not allow defective work to pass forward.
• Maintain accurate counts against work order quantities to help prevent overproduction, underproduction, and avoidable waste.
• Support feeder changeovers, setup activities, line cleaning, end-of-shift cleaning, and deep cleaning when assigned. What's Needed?
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with the line operator, packer, team lead, and assembly leadership.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs with attention to quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to assigned assembly positions and production needs.
• Ability to maintain punctuality, teamwork, responsibility, and clean work areas throughout the shift. What's in it for me?
