Precision Assembly & Test Technician

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Precision Assembly & Test Technician to join their team. As a Precision Assembly & Test Technician, you will be part of the production organization supporting manufacturing operations and quality-focused assembly work. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot at a basic level, and the drive to follow documented procedures to help deliver high-quality medical product assemblies. Job Title: Precision Assembly & Test Technician Location: Billerica, MA Pay Range: $26.50 - $31 Shift: 3:00 pm - 1:30 am What's the Job?

• Assemble and package products while completing required paperwork for related assemblies and production activity.
• Use measuring devices, prints, and quality control documents to meet specifications and requirements.
• Perform operational tests, checkout, and basic fault isolation on systems, equipment, and/or manufacturing processes.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to support testing and troubleshooting.
• Maintain excellent records and documentation; communicate discrepancies or potential issues as needed to support continuous improvement. What's Needed?
• High School diploma or equivalent; 5-7+ years of experience in a related field is required.
• Advanced equipment, assembly, and soldering skills, including microscope experience.
• Strong understanding of measuring devices and quality control documentation; ability to follow GMPs using Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; perform basic mathematical calculations; maintain traceability and identification.
• Hardware and electronic familiarity, including use of DVM and temperature meter; familiarity with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and power supplies; basic understanding of electricity. What's in it for me?
