Pick/Packer Warehouse Associate

Our client, a logistics and warehousing operation is seeking a Pick/Packer Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Pick/Packer Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting daily order fulfillment. Job Title: Pick/Packer Warehouse Associate Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay Range: $17 - $19 Shift: 1st shift 7am – 3pm / 2nd shift – 2pm – 10:30pm What's the Job?

• Receive coversheets and assigned carts for each series of orders, then log onto the voice system to begin voice-directed picking.
• Move carts through product bin aisles and pick the correct products from the correct bins, placing the right product and quantity into the cart.
• Place small items into bags or bands together for easier identification and accurate order assembly.
• Verify products during the picking process to help ensure accuracy and quality standards are met. What's Needed?
• Good reading, writing, math, and computer skills to support voice-directed workflows and accurate order completion.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) to follow instructions and coordinate effectively.
• Detail oriented mindset with accountability for making accurate decisions under set guidelines.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions, work under stress, and handle multiple assignments.
• Ability to read fine print and differentiate products with similar characteristics (such as size, color, and vendor code). What's in it for me?
