Our client, a food production organization, is seeking a Packing Crew member to join their team in Ferndale, WA. As a Packing Crew member, you’ll be part of the Food Production and Packaging team, helping prepare finished products for shipment while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. If you’re dependable, ready to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great way to build manufacturing experience and grow with a team that values consistency. Job Title: Packing Crew Location: Ferndale, WA Pay Range: $18 to $19.00 per hour Shift: Swing Shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) Day Shift (Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
What's the Job?
- Remove pork and other protein products from smoking racks
- Label products for distribution
- Build and break down boxes and packaging materials
- Stack and palletize finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals What's Needed?
