Operator I Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking an Operator I to join their team. As an Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing team supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Job Title: Operator I Location: Minnetonka, MN Pay Range: $18.75/hr Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hour shifts) What's the Job?

• Assemble, repair, and test medical devices and related components.
• Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Complete production documentation accurately and maintain records.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Follow safety guidelines and support continuous improvement initiatives. What's Needed?
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable handling small components and performing detailed assembly work.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or medical device experience is a plus. What's in it for Me?
