Mech Field Coach

Job Title: Mech Field Coach Location: Hagerstown Pay Range: 25+/hr

Shift: Flexibility to work both day and night shifts Day shift: 11 AM to 10 PM Night shift: 9 PM to 6 AM

Enjoy coaching others and working in a hands-on environment? Our client is looking for a Mech Field Coach to work alongside warehouse operators, helping them safely and confidently operate advanced robotic and mechanical systems.

What You’ll Do

• Coach operators during live warehouse operations
• Provide real-time feedback and hands-on guidance
• Reinforce safety, procedures, and best practices
• Identify training gaps and improve operator performance
• Build operator confidence, consistency, and independence
• Communicate recurring challenges and training needs to leadership What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, equipment, field service, training, or similar experience preferred
• Experience coaching, training, mentoring, or leading others is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable around mechanical, robotic, or industrial equipment
• Ability to work on your feet in an active warehouse environment
• Flexibility to support different shifts based on customer operating schedules No robotics experience? No problem. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys teaching others and learning new technology, we want to hear from you.
