Machine Operator

Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting daily heat treatment operations. The ideal candidate will bring a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation, a strong commitment to safety, and the drive to meet production schedules while producing parts to customer specifications. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: De Pere, WI Pay Range: $49920 - $52000 Shift: 3rd shift, but training n 2nd shift What's the Job?

• Set up and operate heat treatment machines to process parts efficiently and accurately.
• Perform process inspections to ensure parts are processed to customer specification.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards throughout each run.
• Operate a forklift as needed to support production flow and material handling.
• Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures to keep the work area compliant and safe. What's Needed?
• Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation.
• Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support others on your shift, other shifts, and across locations.
• Solid past work history that reflects reliability and follow-through.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and train effectively during the transition from 3rd shift training to 2nd shift work. What's in it for me?
