Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting daily output and quality goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow operating procedures, and the drive to meet production requirements consistently - skills that will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Braselton, GA Pay Range: $18.5 Shift: 2nd 2:00pm-10:30pm What's the Job?
- Operate assigned machines including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
- Complete the OMP operator maintenance program for assigned machines within the first 90 days of employment.
- Consistently meet production requirements while maintaining quality standards.
- Recognize unsafe or defective products and take corrective action to address issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and accurately complete documentation such as process monitors and production tickets. What's Needed?
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One year of related experience.
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Ability to communicate in English and follow safety operating procedures.
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, counting, and use of a tape measure. What's in it for me?
