Janitorial Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join their team. As a Janitorial Supervisor, you will be part of the facility cleaning operations supporting the building/facility cleaning staff. The ideal candidate will have organization skills, communication skills and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Janitorial Supervisor Location: Midland, TX Pay Range: $22-$24 Shift: Sunday through Thursday from 5pm to 1:30am What's the Job?

• Supervise, schedule, and assign the cleaning staff to keep offices, hallways, stairs, and other areas clean and orderly
• Lead hands-on floor care work on floor care projects, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
• Inspect assigned areas, issue supplies and equipment, and conduct inventory to ensure adequate materials are available
• Train new team members and support performance through coaching and on-the-job guidance
• Respond promptly to spills and emergency situations, and notify management of safety issues, repairs needed, and broken equipment or fixtures What's Needed?
• Minimum of 2 years related experience, preferably at a supervisory level
• Strong floor care knowledge, including stripping, waxing, and buffing
• Ability to supervise while working collaboratively with others and following established procedures
• Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to follow and provide oral and written instructions
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word and Excel) and a work order system What's in it for me?
