Janitorial Associate

Our client, Industrial Services is seeking a Janitorial Associate to join their team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be part of the Operations team supporting daily facility cleanliness and readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing cleaning needs, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Janitorial Associate Location: Green Bay, WI Pay Range: $18.00 Shift: 2nd shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm (Train on 1st shift: 4:30am-1:00pm) What's the Job?

• Empty trash and recycling to keep work areas clean and organized.
• Dust and wipe vertical surfaces to maintain a sanitary, presentable environment.
• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including restocking products as needed.
• Vacuum and dust mop floors, then wet mop to complete thorough floor care.
• Walk and move throughout the facility as part of daily cleaning tasks (approximately 4 to 5 miles per day), including areas with higher dust levels. What's Needed?
• Comfort and willingness to wear steel-toe footwear for the entire shift.
• Ability to adapt to change every day and follow updated cleaning priorities.
• Comfort with a physically active role that includes frequent walking and cleaning tasks.
• Reliability and consistency in completing cleaning and sanitizing duties to standard.
• Ability to work safely while handling cleaning tasks and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace. What's in it for me?
